Summary Of Flipping Out 5x10 - There's No Place Like Home : Los Angeles based Jeff Lewis, is a successful real estate speculator who renovates multi-million dollar properties for profit.Jeff gets the urge to flip houses again, but realizes what he really wants is a home for him and Gage to settle down in. Elsewhere, Jeff must reassess Jenni's part-time status when a possible full-time employee is found.Even though his design business is booming, Jeff is starting to get the itch to flip houses again.
As he's looking for properties though, he realizes that he's not really looking for a house to flip, but rather a home for him and Gage to build a family. Meanwhile, Gage finds a potentially lucrative venture for Jeff Lewis Design, but it also requires a sizable investment. When Jeff's dream home comes on the market, Jeff may be forced to choose between investing in a home or putting his money into the new business.
