Last night’s episode ended with Sookie being shot. Her predicament reminds me of the time Buffy got shot in the later years of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Given all of the near-death situations Buffy had been in up to that point, it was ridiculous and strangely horrifying to see her near death due to a tiny bullet. The same can pretty much be said for Sookie. Will she survive the bullet wound? My money’s on yes. I don’t see Sookie being cut loose from the show, despite the fact that the show could probably stand easily on the legs of the excellent story arcs for some of the side characters. Either way, this video isn’t giving anything away other than that clearly, Bill hasn’t considered rushing Sookie to the hospital…
