A former team member who was thought to be dead is actually being held hostage in Panama. Risking their careers and lives, the ODS head out, on another rogue mission, to bring him back.CBS presents this new comedy drama procedural. Rogue CIA operatives succeed in their special operations around the globe despite incompetence and political infighting at the home office. A member of the team had intended to go to Panama and release his friend from prison captors.
